These terms apply to your use of FilipinaOprah.com, which is run by Hood Box Office LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Adults only
The site contains strong language and adult subject matter. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and purchases
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period, using the payment method you gave at checkout.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If we change a subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@hoodboxoffice.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and won’t be charged again. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, or you paid and couldn’t get into the videos, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will fix it or refund you.
What you may do with the videos
Buying a plan gives you a personal right to stream it on this site for your own, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, sell or publicly show the videos, or get around any access control.
Using our content
The videos, photos, articles and design on FilipinaOprah.com belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Don’t copy, re-upload or republish our videos or photos without written permission.
About the show
The show features real people speaking for themselves. Their opinions are their own. Nothing on the site encourages exploitation, violence or any illegal activity.
Comments and posts
If you post a comment or other content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show it on the site. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, hateful or spam, or anyone’s private information. We can remove anything we think breaks these rules.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email info@hoodboxoffice.com with your contact details, the work you own, the page where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We review every notice and remove material when appropriate.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content, their policies or anything you buy from them.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects paying members, we will email them before it takes effect.
